Nelson Mandela Children's Fund
Nelson Mandela Children's Fund supports children throughout the country of South Africa. All the children who get assistance from the Fund are living in poor conditions; many of them don't have proper homes and education. Many have difficulty in going to school because they live too far away and don't have any transport or because their parents can't pay the school fees.

The International Labour Organisation and SCREAM Education Package
The Kids Taskforce has signed a memorandum of understanding with ILO to promote the Supporting Childrens Rights through Education the Arts and the Media (SCREAM) education pack which is designed to increase understanding and awareness of child labour. Through creative and innovative teaching methods the SCREAM programme aims to inform children and young people about the world in which they live and the injustices that exist. The pack helps explain issues surrounding child labour, so that young people themselves will be empowered to speak out on behalf of child labourers everywhere.

The character Angenelou in the missdorothy.com programme is a real child that Sharon Doughty and Neil Evans met at the United Nations with a group of police cadets from the Metropolitan Police. He was at the UN to tell his story and to ask adults for help in eliminating child labour.

The SCREAM education pack introduces young people to the complexities surrounding issues of child labour and helps them to channel their creative energies in a positive and constructive way. It is hoped that in time a worldwide social movement will emerge dedicated to giving working children back their right to childhood.

The SCREAM education pack consists of 14 modules and user's guide and can be downloaded from http://www.ilo.org/ipec/Campaignandadvocacy /Scream/SCREAMresources/lang--en/index.htm

The Jimmy Mizen Foundation
The Foundation was set up as a positive way of remembering the life of Jimmy Mizen who was tragically murdered in May 2008. The Trust funds two apprenticeships and has purchased three 'Jimmy Buses' for the use of local scouting and youth groups in South East London. Also, as part of the Foundation's Awareness Project, Jimmy's parents, Barry and Margaret, now spend much of their time in schools and prisons sharing Jimmy’s story, encouraging thinking and debate on the key issues and consequences of uncontrolled anger and the use of weapons. Barry and Margaret are also ambassadors for Kids Taskforce (see Contacts).

Families Utd
Was set up to use the collected  experiences, opinions and drive of several bereaved families to make a difference - to help support others that will inevitably go through what they have had to and to affect public opinion and government policy. The Mizens are founder members as are Richard Taylor (father of Damilola Taylor) and the families of Rob Knox, Kiyan Prince and Ben Kinsella (who was brother of actress Brooke Kinsella).
